First of all, I want to send my love to you and your family right now.
This virus is affecting all of us differently.
And it's important to understand the severity of the situation for many people around the world.
For most of us right now, we fear the unknown and feel helpless for our fellow people. And as the situation worsens each day, it's natural for our anxieties to increase.
But all of us in this community are tough cookies. We are all great at finding perspective.
This is self evident due to the fact that you're here, on this blog, part of this community, supporting an environmental mission, when you certainly didn't have to.
Today I'm not talking about the environment but trying to make a point that your ability to find higher perspective is evident in the fact that you're reading this.
It seems like all of your loved ones will benefit from an emotionally strong leader during this time. It will be easy for people to get swept away in negativity from news reports and other unfortunate events.
Isolation and social distancing will both increase for the foreseeable future. For this reason it's important to look after your mental well being and morale.
Finding some space for calm, respite, brain activity, entertainment, fun, and socializing will be critical to helping you and your loved ones get through this.
